The delicious oat flour we use is dried and milled from the oat pulp left after making oatmilk. Instead of it being thrown away, we use the flour produced by our Upcycled Certified partner to fill our cookies with nutrition while diverting food waste and reducing greenhouse emissions. The mint chocolate is just the right touch of the mix of flavors. So delicious and if there happen to be crumbs at the bottom of the bag, they go well over ice cream!

Fancypants Mint Chocolate are the best. I buy them by the carton and share with all my grandchildren who love them,too. They used to be available only around the holidays but now we can get them year round. YAY!
